Return Policy

We operate a 14-day return policy, which means that after receiving the item you have 14 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note: a return shipment is for your own account.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can resolve the issue.

Exchange
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item, and once the return has been accepted, initiate a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 days reflection period
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

Refunds
We'll let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
